ECLC Partnership

Pletho is honored to partner with ECLC of New Jersey, an accredited nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs. ECLC serves students ages 5–21 who have learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, or multiple disabilities, offering specialized education and transition services at its schools in Chatham and Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey.

At ECLC, every student graduates with a personalized plan for adulthood, bridging the gap between school and the next steps toward a fulfilling life. Many graduates continue to benefit from the ECLC family of services through the PRIDE Adult Program, supported-employment opportunities, or support coordination services provided by ECLC’s affiliate, Community Personnel Services (CPS).

Our partnership with ECLC enables Pletho to support individuals with disabilities as they transition from educational settings to meaningful employment. Together, we are building a trusted, supportive community that helps individuals with special needs achieve their greatest potential. By working hand-in-hand with ECLC, we’re fulfilling our shared mission of creating inclusive pathways to employment and independence.
