If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our merchandise is guaranteed and should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Credit or Refunds will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are used, damaged by the customer, discarded or partially consumed, or not stored properly including return shipping. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment to admin@pletho.org. No returns will be accepted without email authorization.
